2. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

2.1 Course & Session Bookings

  • By booking a Hypnobirthing course, coaching program, or breathwork session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2.2 Payments

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

2.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the start date of the course or session.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course or session start date are non-refundable.

  • In special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion.

  • No refunds are provided for digital/downloadable products or online courses once access has been granted.
