I am so grateful for the Hypnobirthing!

Hi Shari,

I have been meaning to contact you to thank you but we have been a bit busy this weekend

Your session with us last week was amazing and I think it definitely helped get things started as that night I started feeling mild period style cramping regularly.

I went into pre labour Saturday afternoon and this morning at 4:15am we welcomed our beautiful boy into the world and his name is Henry. He weighing 3.47kgs and he is just absolutely perfect

I am excited to say that my birth went as planned as it could have been.

I had a beautiful natural water birth. I am so grateful for the Hypnobirthing and all the techniques you provided us as I don’t think I could have done it without it.

Our bodies are truly amazing and I still can’t believe what just happened.
