September Thursday Evening Group Course 2021

This group course will run over 4 x Thursday Evening commencing the 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd of September 2021. Each session will go for 3- 3.5 hours and start at 6:00pm and finish around 9:00- 9:30pm with a short tea break. This course will be taught by director and founder of Belly2Birth Shari Lyon

The course will be held at 'My Own Midwife GC' Clinic located at 207 Currumburra Road, Ashmore 4214. Access to the clinic is located up the driveway and it is a small building behind the Office Buildings.

You will learn proven techniques that include breathing, relaxation, visualisation, self-hypnosis, movement to create pelvic mobility and space for your baby, labour and birth positions, partner techniques that include massage, acupressure points and pelvic squeeze. You will also learn your options around medical intervention and how to work with medical caregivers to advocate for your preferences and so much more.

Course Investment 

$595 for you and your chosen birth partner - (A $150 deposit is required at time of booking, to book please select 1 ticket per couple to secure your spot for you and your chosen birth partner)

12 hours of small group classes for the birthing mother and birth partner.

Modern and relevant Hypnobirthing Australia Folio of Resources, including course handouts, practice materials and visualisations.

Hypnobirthing Australia relaxation/self hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, affirmations.

Continued phone and email support right up to and even during your birth.

Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breach turn session.
